Your roofing company in Mesa, AZ
I'm Andy Johnson, owner of White Leaf Roofing. I'm not the biggest roofer working Mesa, and I don't want to be. I do every inspection and every estimate myself, free, and my hand-picked crew does the work right. If you want a roofer who treats your home like a quality job instead of a volume job, that's the whole pitch.

East Mesa, roof by roof
My Mesa work concentrates on the east side: Las Sendas, Mountain Bridge, Eastmark, and the neighborhoods along the Gilbert line. It's a short hop from my shop in Chandler, and it's where my referrals keep sending me.
The roofs out here tell two stories. The 1990s and 2000s tile roofs around Las Sendas and northeast Mesa are sitting on original underlayment that's past its window. The tiles look fine from the street; the felt underneath is what's failing. That's a tile underlayment replacement, and it costs far less than the full new roof some companies will try to sell you.
Eastmark and the newer builds are a different story: young roofs, builder-grade materials, and the first repairs starting to show up after monsoon seasons. Usually a modest fix, and when it is, that's all I'll quote you.
I'll be straight about how I run Mesa: I don't chase the cheapest job in town, and I won't win a race to the bottom. What I bring is the owner on your roof, a lean crew, materials I'd put on my own house, and a bid that usually still beats the big companies.

Asked around here a lot
What parts of Mesa do you serve?
All of Mesa, with a focus on the east side: Las Sendas, Eastmark, Mountain Bridge, and the neighborhoods bordering Gilbert. Zips 85207, 85209, 85212 and 85215. I'm based in Chandler, so East Mesa is an easy drive.
How much does roofing cost in Mesa?
Most repairs run $500 to $3,500. Replacements depend on size, material and underlayment choice, so every roof gets a free individual bid. Many Mesa tile roofs only need underlayment replacement, which costs far less. Real ranges are in the Arizona cost guide.
Do Mesa tile roofs really fail at 15 to 20 years?
The tiles usually don't, the underlayment does. A lot of East Mesa was built in the 1990s and 2000s and is hitting that window now. If your tiles are fine, we reuse them.
Do you handle monsoon and haboob damage?
Yes. Full walk-around inspection, honest damage report, fast repair, and help with the insurance claim if the damage warrants one.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. I show up personally, walk the roof, and talk you through what I find. No cost, no obligation, and no pressure. Sometimes the honest answer is that your roof is fine.
We also serve Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Sun Lakes and Gold Canyon.
