"I called around to about 10 different places in the East Valley. They were all 2 to 3 times more expensive than White Leaf and were going to take a few weeks. White Leaf came out the next day and charged less!"

Newer town, roofs coming due
Most of Queen Creek went up between the early 2000s and the 2020s, in neighborhoods like Encanterra, Cortina, Hastings Farms and Crismon Heights. A "new" town, but roofing years move faster than people think in Arizona.
The early-2000s tile roofs are the big one. The tiles themselves are fine, but the felt underlayment beneath them is hitting the end of its service life right now. That's a tile underlayment replacement: we lift your tiles, replace the felt, relay the same tiles. Decades more roof for a fraction of a new-roof price.
The newer builds have the opposite issue: a lot of them got builder-grade shingles, and our sun ages entry-grade shingle faster than anyone expects. The first wave of Queen Creek shingle replacements is arriving, and when yours comes due, you'll get real material options instead of one take-it-or-leave-it spec.
And because Queen Creek sits on the edge of open desert, monsoon wind and haboobs hit harder out here. After a big storm, get the roof looked at. Mine is the free kind of look.

Asked out here a lot
My home was built in the 2000s. Why is the roof failing already?
Two common reasons. On early-2000s tile roofs, the tiles are fine but the felt underneath is reaching the end of its life in our heat. On newer shingle roofs, builder-grade shingle ages fast under Arizona sun. Both are fixable, and my free inspection will tell you which one you've got and how much time you actually have.
How much does roofing cost in Queen Creek?
Most repairs run $500 to $3,500. Replacement depends on size, material and underlayment choice, so every roof gets a free individual bid. Many early-2000s tile roofs only need underlayment replacement, which costs far less. See the Arizona cost guide for real numbers.
Do you handle monsoon and dust storm damage?
Yes. Full walk-around inspection, honest damage report, fast repair, and help with the insurance claim if the damage actually warrants one. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. I show up personally, walk the roof, and talk you through what I find. No cost, no obligation, no pressure.
