Serving the East Valley, from right here in Chandler
I'm Andy Johnson, and White Leaf Roofing works out of our shop at 3210 S. Gilbert Rd in Chandler. That puts most of the East Valley within a short drive, which is how I can do every inspection and estimate myself and still show up fast when a roof is leaking.

Chandler
Home turf. Our shop sits at Gilbert Rd and Queen Creek Rd, so most Chandler homes are minutes away. A huge share of my Chandler work is tile underlayment replacement in 1990s and 2000s neighborhoods like Ocotillo and Fulton Ranch, where the tiles are fine but the felt underneath is done.
Our home base Chandler roofingGilbert
The other half of home turf, right across the road from the shop. Gilbert's big build-out decades left neighborhoods like Val Vista Lakes, Morrison Ranch and Power Ranch full of tile roofs hitting underlayment age at the same time. We're on Gilbert roofs almost every week.
Home turf, part two Gilbert roofingQueen Creek
Newer homes on average, but monsoon season doesn't care about the build date. Queen Creek's open exposure means wind-lifted tiles and storm damage are the common calls, along with first-time repairs on roofs just now aging into trouble.

A community I take personally, ten minutes south of the shop. Sun Lakes homeowners have usually heard every pushy contractor pitch there is, so my no-pressure, owner-does-the-estimate approach tends to land well here. Bring a neighbor or family member to the bid review, I encourage it.
Pressure-free by design Sun Lakes roofingGold Canyon
Out at the base of the Superstitions, Gold Canyon roofs take real wind and sun exposure, and a lot of local companies won't make the drive. We do. Same free inspection, same honest bid, whether it's a tile repair or a full replacement.

Mesa's housing stock spans everything from mid-century blocks to brand-new builds, which means tile, shingle, foam and flat roofs all in one city. One of our video reviews comes from a Mesa homeowner who's sent us dozens of friends and neighbors.
Every roof type in one city Mesa roofingSan Tan Valley
First-owner country. Most San Tan Valley homes went up in the 2000s and 2010s build-out, in communities like Johnson Ranch and San Tan Heights, and those tile roofs are aging into their first real repairs. Open desert near the San Tans means monsoon wind gets a clean shot.

Out at the foot of the Superstitions off US 60, Apache Junction roofs span several eras: tile, aging shingle, and flat or foam sections, all taking full sun and monsoon wind. It's a longer drive from Chandler and I make it personally, same free inspection.

Why local matters
One owner, one crew, one Valley
I keep the service area tight on purpose. White Leaf isn't a company with dozens of crews scattered across Arizona. It's me and one hand-picked crew, working the East Valley I live in. That's how I can personally inspect every roof, oversee every job, and still respond fast when a monsoon rolls through.
It also means the reviews you read are from your actual neighbors. 90% of my work comes from referrals, and most of those referrals travel about as far as a conversation over a fence.
Live just outside these cities? Call or text me at 480-363-2898 anyway. If I can take care of your roof, I will, and if you're too far out, I'll tell you straight.
